A Night on a Boat with LLS

IMG_1909My first boat party in Chicago! Yeah I know I’ve lived here fore three years, but I just never got around to getting on a boat.

Trusha invited me out to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society’s annual boat party to celebrate the midpoint for the Man/Woman of the Year award. The people involved with this competition are amazing! All the candidates last year collectively raised $500,000 in a matter of months for LLS.

To support the cause, I went deep in to my closet to get my best tie and got on a boat. Luckily no sea sickness issues as the yacht was large enough for me. It was amazing to see everyone out to celebrate and support a great cause!
