I’m finally in my parent’s new house and I have to say I love it. I just got done playing with ma duck and her baby duckies in the backyard. Everyone needs baby duckies at their place.

So Gateway finally released their new “All-in-One PC”:http://www.gateway.com/programs/one, and I personally find it to be a great addition to their suite of the products. They are currently offering 3 models, with the high end priced at $1799 and available exclusively at Best Buy. With the recent antics of Best Buy, I’ve become ever more skeptical of their business practices, but I have to say that this is one is new low even for Best Buy. Below is a picture from Gateway’s website, clearly pricing their high end model at $1799, but if you click the “Buy Now” button, you’re directed to the Best Buy site, where the machine is priced at $1999. I should note that while the lower end models are available at Gateway’s own site, the high end model is only available at Best Buy. Sure maybe it’s an innocent mistake, or maybe its Best Buy trying to milk all it can from their customers.

It’s been a while since I posted, and I wanted to get this one up last weekend. Last Friday I went to see Rhett Miller live, and I came to learn a pleasant surprise. Rhett Miller is in Old 97! I knew a couple of his songs but you couldn’t imagine when he started playing Question. Below are my favorites from the performance. I highly advise checking him out if he’s in a city anywhere near you.

That’s the reaction I great from every person I tell to search for a song on “youtube”:http://www.youtube.com. Granted you won’t get the quality, but it’s a great resource for getting new music into the ears of others. Sometimes you’re lucky enough to get a full music video, and other times you’re limited to a nice splash screen. My favorite is when fans create their own music videos for their favorite songs.
