Everyday I’ll discover a new song that I add to my collection, but not until recently have I found an album that I loved so much that I had to add the entire album to my collection. With my recent fascination for “eMusic”:http://www.emusic.com, I discovered a new artist, Sufjan Stevens, who had released several albums that contained the longest titles. “Illinoise” is hands the best full album I’ve listened to in a long time. The album provides the perfect background music to any activity, including walking around and exploring the city.

After starting my journey into the world of homemade pasta this evening, I can never go back to box pasta. It’s simple enough to make, given the right tools. The two tools I would recommend to make the process easy and quick are the food processor and pasta maker. With both of these sitting around the kitchen, you can go from nothing to a beautiful entree dish in under an hour.
